NO, but I'm fascinated anyway. Is that how you prevent it from falling the fuck apart? I give mine a quick squeeze btw paper towels right before hand but it never seems to help that much. Don't you worry about the tofu getting funky during its day-or-two sojourn betwixt paper towels, though?
Also, have you ever frozen tofu? I hear it does strange things to it.
