FWIW -- in case this might be of any interest -- a friend of mine just did this program, which I really like the look of (the guy is all like "Gyms suck! You don't need gimmicks to get fit! Fitness is all around you! Never eat diet foods!") and I'm going to start it myself on Sept. 15. My friend lost weight while doing it, which was one of her goals -- but not everyone does -- they tailor the program to fit your specific goals. I don't feel the need to lose weight as such (don't want to run into the pants problem!) but I do want to be a bad-ass, and I wouldn't mind having some more muscles in some of the bits that are squishier right now.
