Hikaru No Go; a PSA

So perfectbinding gave me a Hikaru No Go starter set with the full run on the manga and the first 10 episodes of the anime.

I'd gotten up to about vol. 5 in the manga when Mr. Smarty-Pants started looking over my shoulder as I read the scanlations... and before you knew it, there we were, reading the next two volumes together.

He's hooked, and bad. I started reading the next volume without him and he gave me a Look of Betrayal--so now I've got to wait until he's done with his chemistry homework.

Girls: this is what happens when your significant others get involved in your fandoms.

Also, while we're on the topic of HikaGo: SAI/TOUYA MEIJIN for ever!

If only Sai was, you know, corporeal.

And DON'T SPOIL me about what happens to Sai... I'm only on the 7th volume.

Mwhahaha! btw, I should warn you that the vast majority of the doujinshi on that disk are yaoi, some hardcore (y'know, in case Mr. Smarty-Pants is poking around). They're mostly Akira/Hikaru (AkiHika!), but there are some lovely Waya/Isumi ones, too. No Sai/Touya Meijin, sorry. *g*
