Second, let's take a moment to appreciate that this guy DISMOUNTED, and TOOK OFF HIS HORSE'S BRIDLE. That's... probably completely unprofessional, but also totally awesome. What a great way to cruise! "Hi, I'm Officer Joe Smith, and this is my great big white horse. Feel free to pet him and feed him carrots."
