Eagle Scouts

I am, for reasons that don't bear exploring at this juncture, doing a bit of research into what it takes to be an Eagle Scout.
I just happened across Wikipedia's List of Eagle Scouts. (God, I love Wikipedia.)
Here are a few of the more interesting Eagle Scouts:
Neil Armstrong, astronaut, first man to walk on the Moon
Arthur Gary Bishop, serial killer
Michael Bloomberg, Mayor of New York, founder of Bloomberg News
James Dale, litigant in Boy Scouts of America v. Dale
Michael S. Dukakis, politician (governor of Massachusetts, Democrat presidential candidate)
Ronnie Earle, Texas district attorney uncovered the Jack Abramoff lobbying and corruption scandal & indicted Tom DeLay
Lawrence Ferlinghetti, poet, publisher (City Lights Bookstore of San Francisco) catalyst of the beat social revolution
David Hahn, "Radioactive Boy Scout", attempted to build a nuclear reactor at age 17 (with some success).
William Hanna, an animator, director, producer, cartoon artist, and co-founder of Hanna-Barbera
