What's the movie/context in which Keanu Reeves John Cusack grabs someone who's freaking out and yells "YOU MUST! CHILL!" ???

I can hear his adorable voice in my head and I can't figure it out and it's driving me bananas!

The actor I remember yelling that is John Cusack in "Say Anything," when a drunk guy is trying to get his keys back.

We thought it was Speed! But then google indicates that it's not Keanu at all, but Jeremy Piven or possibly John Cusack in Say Anything - at the party where he's the keymaster, and is all 'YOU MUST CHILL. I HAVE HIDDEN YOUR KEYS."
