What's the movie/context in which Keanu Reeves John Cusack grabs someone who's freaking out and yells "YOU MUST! CHILL!" ???

I can hear his adorable voice in my head and I can't figure it out and it's driving me bananas!

OMG, that is so what I was thinking of. Why did my brain tell me it was Keanu Reeves? I do not know.

I'm not really trying to defend myself here, 'cause I know, I know...

But. I will say that I love Keanu Reeves with an unholy passion, so my mistaking Lloyd Dobbler is not a disturbing indication of any lack of love for Lloyd Dobbler -- just a disturbing indication of my surfeit of love for Keanu Reeves.

Oh, Keanu. I know you are secretly deep and smart. And also secretly in love with me.
