miss_pryssPeople. The series of books is called the Aubrey/Maturin series! It's already slash! They luuuf each other!
Am half-way through Post Captain, having read Master and Commander last year. I could not possibly be more enamored. And yet, every time I say that, I become more smitten still.

Date: 2004-04-02 02:47 pm (UTC)But yeah, re: Master & Commander: I fought through the first book. I loved it, but it didn't come easy, you know? The second is much more engaging in a lot of ways. And really, my love for these two men knows no bounds.
I've never read Hornblower. But I'm beginning to think I should!
