Mr. Smarty-Pants and I picked up two beautiful, round, yellow quinces at Fairway this weekend.
Anyone ever cooked quince? Quinces? I don't know how to pluralize that.
Anyhow, if you have a recipe, please share it! I'm kind of at a loss.

Don't forget to rub all the fur off the skin under running water before you peel it.
